A forgiveness prayer
A dear friend of mine shared this with me and I dearly love having a way for me to continue my journey of forgiveness…for myself and for others.
If I have harmed anyone in any way
Either knowingly or unknowingly through my own confusion
I ask their forgiveness.If anyone has harmed me in any way
Either knowingly or unknowingly through their own confusion
I forgive them.And if there is a situation I am not yet ready to forgive,
Through my own confusion
I forgive myself for that.For all the ways that I harm myself, negate, doubt, belittle myself
Judge or be unkind to myself through my own confusion
I forgive myself.

oops emailed you now i understand the blog on questions to do with the question How do i live my life when im in chronic pain id ask God and ask for guidance to help me everything does happen for a reason look at the cause od the pain how or why its come about now in your life are there things you should have done be positive and never give up faith keep good people around you find new skills find effective pain relieve and gently get your dreams back it wont happen over night but in time you will overcome loving light of christ walk with you
